After almost 20 years in traditional clinic-based practice, I have chosen to step outside an outdated model of care to address a long-standing gap in women’s health.

WHY THIS WORKS
Not everyone needs the same kind of support at the same time. Some women may want a quick 10-minute chat when they’re not feeling great, while others may need half an hour — and at times, a full hour feels necessary. There are also moments when you simply want to browse an article, work through a course, or pause with a short meditation to help shift your mood. This kind of flexibility allows me to be available for you in the ways that matter most, when you need support the most.
